Whole-child education that's designed for full or part-time Bali living

Morning light filters through banana leaves. Your child wakes without an alarm, reaches for breakfast without being told, asks when they can go back to the forest.

You realize you haven't heard "I don't want to go to school" in months.

This is what you came to Bali to find—a childhood where learning feels like play, where your work doesn't battle their needs, where family rhythms matter more than institutional calendars.

It's not a dream. It's Tuesday.

Who This
Is For

Remote-working parents who need reliability and proximity. Families trying Bali for a season or following migratory rhythms. Long-term Bali families seeking something more human than conventional international schools.

This works for all children—because all children deserve to learn in their wholeness. The quiet ones who need time to unfold. The kinesthetic ones who think through movement. The sensitive ones who feel everything. The neurodivergent ones forced into neurotypical molds.

Every child has a spark. We protect it.

Travel Without Guilt

We run seven five-week cycles with transition weeks between. Start at any cycle. Step away for one or two and return without disruption.

Development doesn't happen through perfect attendance. A seven-year-old's prefrontal cortex doesn't mature because they sat in class 37 consecutive days. Neurological growth requires time, safety, and relational continuity—not last month's worksheets.

Our cycles protect what matters: trusted relationships with educators, deep project work, the secure base your child returns to.

Parents Can Work On Campus

Parents have access to calm, dedicated co-working space from 8:30am to 3:00pm — 6.5 hours of predictable focus time.

You're close enough for your younger child to find you when they need co-regulation, but far enough that they can fully step into their day. When they need you, you're ninety seconds away. Your work doesn't collapse; their safety isn't compromised.

The result: you work deeply, they learn deeply, and you go home connected rather than depleted.

Easy Access from Key Hubs

Open Flow sits between Bali’s most loved family communities:

  • 35 minutes from central Ubud
  • 25 minutes from Canggu
  • 10 minutes from Green School Village

Close enough for easy access; far enough to feel immersed in nature. Many families choose us because the campus offers real land, real space, and real quiet — without the long daily commute.

What Families Say

"We travel a couple of months a year and I worried she would 'fall behind.' The cycle rhythm means she just drops back in and carries on. No drama."
— James, dad of Asha (8), Australia → Bali

"Our son went from dreading school to asking if he can stay longer. He is reading, yes — but more importantly, he actually likes himself again."
— Emma, mum of Leo (6), UK → Bali
